LeadGen is a business-to-business lead intelligence tool. It searches public business records, enriches results with contact details companies publish themselves, scores them, and presents them with their source.

We describe what each capability does on the Services page, including which parts are limited or still in development. We do not promise a specific number of leads, a specific match rate, or that any particular business will appear in results.

You must give a working email address and keep access to it secure; anyone with access to that inbox can sign in. One person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to circumvent limits, or uses results in breach of clause 4.

Each plan carries a daily lead allowance and a set of features. Allowances reset every 24 hours and do not roll over. Exceeding an allowance stops further discovery until it resets.

You agree to use lead data lawfully. In particular you must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of applicable law
• Re-sell or redistribute the data as a competing dataset
• Use the data to harass any person or business
• Strip source attribution where a data licence requires it

We report what our sources published and label how well each field is evidenced. We do not warrant that any record is current, complete or correct, and you should verify a contact before relying on it. We never fabricate contact details; an empty field means nothing was published.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated. We do not store card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
