Return Policy

LeadGen sells access to a software service. No physical goods are shipped, so there is nothing to return in the usual sense. This page explains what applies instead.

1. No physical goods

We do not sell, ship or deliver physical products. Nothing needs to be posted back to us, and we never ask you to return an item to obtain a refund.

2. The equivalent of a return

For a software subscription, the equivalent of returning an item is cancelling your plan and, where eligible, receiving a refund. Both are covered by the Refund Policy.

3. Cancelling access

You can cancel from your account at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Your saved leads remain available on the free plan, subject to its retention period.

4. Getting your data out before you go

Export your leads before cancelling if you want to keep them. Exports include the source and verification columns.
